The iJAW technology communicates in real time with the machine and the ROTHENBERGER app via the integrated RFID chip in the press jaw.

Smart technology for maximum efficiency
Thanks to the smart RFID technology in the NANO iJAW press jaws, the ROMAX NANO communicates directly with the tool and intelligently adjusts the pressing force to suit the type of jaw being used. The connection to the Jaw-Machine app enables real-time monitoring of pressing cycles, automatic documentation and optimised maintenance planning.
In addition, the eRotationDrive system ensures variable pressing forces and helps to reduce the overall weight. The LED HMI display keeps the user informed of the current machine status at all times, whilst the workspace lighting ensures optimum visibility even in dark working areas. With the 2-in-1 jaw holder, it is also possible to use both NANO iJAW press jaws and standard jaws – a further advantage for greater flexibility on site.
