How can I participate?

  1. Purchase one of the eligible balers during the promotional period from 1 August up to and including 30 November 2026. A detailed list of item numbers is provided at the bottom of the page.
  2. Register on the My ROTHENBERGER Account customer portal. Already have an account? Then simply log in using your login details.
  3. There you’ll find a tile for the 30 Years of Press Technology promotion, which you can use to take part.
  4. Once you’ve accepted the terms and conditions, you can enter your billing details and upload your invoice.
  5. You can then select two rewards from the ROTHENBERGER intermediate jaws and crimping rings for each registered tool.
  6. Don’t forget: as well as your rewards, bonus points for your crimping machine are also waiting for you!
  7. Once we have checked your submission, you will receive an email from us.
  8. Once your participation has been successfully processed, we will send you your two free rewards.

Press rings from ROTHENBERGER

Grouting made easy, even in the tightest spaces

Wall cut-outs, shafts, awkward pipe connections – it is precisely in these situations, where everyday work on a building site gets really tricky, that ROTHENBERGER press rings really come into their own. Thanks to 180° swivel capability, you can position the machine smoothly and precisely relative to the crimp ring – even close to walls or in tight installation spaces. The patented DURA LAZR TEC technology ensures 40% greater wear resistance and twice the service life, whilst compatibility with all standard pipe materials and diameters (12–40 mm) guarantees maximum flexibility. A handy bonus: the locking position allows you to position the crimp ring easily with just one hand.

ZBR Standard & Compact Intermediate Jaw

Twice as durable, opens with one hand – for precise crimping

For anyone wishing to crimp fittings in the 1/4"–1.1/8" range in accordance with the system specifications: The ROTHENBERGER ZBR Standard & Compact intermediate jaws utilise the patented DURA LAZR TEC technology with partial laser hardening – ensuring maximum hardness in high-stress areas and minimal wear.

Combined with forged special steel, they offer 100 per cent greater durability than their predecessor, whilst long-term corrosion protection ensures they remain permanently ready for use. The 3-bolt synchronous mechanism can be opened with just one finger – precise, safe and suitable for all crimping machines with a thrust force of 32–34 kN.
